Basketball with Dad!

Ready to Play!! BALL!
I love him in his little running shoes!!
But he loves his crocs....
Time for a break!

I am so impressed with Rowdy taking pictures of Braydon when he takes him out to play!   I will look through the pics on his phone and he has dozens of Braydon that I never knew he took.  Here's a little taste of what the boys do when Mom's away!

It's Raining It's Pouring!

Swinging with Nana and Momma!

Running through the puddles at the park
Splishing and Splashing
We had so much fun watching this little turkey run through the puddles this evening!  He loved every minute of it! And screamed all the way to the tub ;)  Who knew having a little boy would be this much fun!  I love watching him find so much joy in such simple things!

New Paci and some Politics!!

Big boy ready for Night Night!
"I wear my sunglasses at night"

Braydon does not look too impressed to have his
picture taken with Sarah Palin..
Mommy & Braydon's 1st Tea Party
I think he might have a future in politics..j/k

In effort to get Braydon off his paci in the next 5 months...we decided to take him off the hospital newborn paci that he has been using for the last 19 months! Braydon is obsessed with this paci and we figured it might help to try a new paci that he is not so attached to.  Well, he has not skipped a beat and seems equally as "in love" with his new paci's!  I can't imagine taking the paci away all together, but with the new baby on the way, Dr G says it's best to do it before the baby gets home with a paci and he can steal it!  He would so steal it!  He looks so mcuh like a big boy these days..I kinda have to admit that I love him with his little baby paci!

On to the politics!  Braydon attended his 1st tea party today...Political Tea Party that is!  I have been following the news and have made myself more aware of the changes that are coming with our new President.  Many of these changes he is trying to pass will affect not only our grandparents, our parents, us, our children and generations to come.  Anyway, today was our opportunity to support what we believe in!  Braydon was clapping his hands when the crowd would get rallied up!  It was hot so we were not there very long, but it was a first for the whole Winter Family..

Just the 14 of us!

The Bathurst Crew..plus hubbies and babes

We took this picture on the day we told my side of the family we were expecting baby #2! Braydon walked around in a baby blue shirt that read "I am the BIG brother!!!" and for at least 10 minutes no one noticed.  No one thought it was weird that he was not in his matchy white and khaki outfit...NOTHING!!  My Dad even said, "Why do you have Braydon in that shirt??""  Hello!! Read it! Finally my brother in law, Blair, noticed and asked me if I was pregnant.  And then everyone clued in.  It was not the reaction we expected, but once everyone heard the news they were thrilled!!  I think it might be a few years before we can have a family picture with all babes in it!  This picture will be current until March though!  I can't believe how big our family has become! I love it!  And growing....Hey Mer you going to join me anytime soon??

A day at the Museum!

Firemen!!
Playing in the sand with Drew
The Three Musketeers!!
How cute are these little guys on their John Deere's!!
Waiting on all the expectant Mama's outside the bathroom ;)

Last Friday we took the boys to the Dallas Museum of Nature & Science.  I know it sounds bad, but I always hated museums growing up so I was not sure what B and I would think about it...Well, we loved it! It was a great way to spend Friday a.m.  Everything was perfect for kiddo's about Braydon, Hudson, and Drews age!  Braydon has so much fun hanging out with his buddies!

Guess who???

Guess who is going to be a
BIG BROTHER!!!!
Doesn't he look excited!!!  (He wanted the camera btw)
Literally attacking me for the camera!
And the best we could do!!

We are so thrilled to be expecting our 2nd baby this March.  The official due date is March 11, but we will have another C-section on March 3 or 4.  Rowdy and I went to the 12week sono/1st trimester screen today and had a great appointment. The baby measured right on track and was absolutely perfect! Thank you God!  I felt so relieved to see our sweet little baby kicking around.  Hearing the heartbeat (164) was music to my ears!  I am so excited to meet this little angel!  Although the doctors are 95% accurate at guessing the babies sex at 12 weeks, we opted to wait to find out on the babies sex until it's birthday in March! It's what we did with Braydon and it was such a fun surprise for Rowdy and I!!  Boy or girl...we are so thrilled to have a healthy baby on the way!  We have a girl name from last time that we love...Brinkely Kay and we are playing with some boy names...Bryson, Brooks West, any cute B names...we are still open for discussion on this one...good thing we have plenty of time!

PS...notice the caption pics!!! Thanks Stacie!!

Cowboy Up (part 2)

We went out to Abilene for another one of "Big Daddy's" play dates this past weekend! Like always, Braydon had a great time! He rode "Dallas" with his Daddy all evening!! Braydon loves being around the horses and has such fun just being a little cowboy!! He did some barrel racing and the highlight of the night was when he was able to grab the flag during the flag race! It was a great weekend with the Winter Boys!
