This past weekend we went out to Abilene to go ride Big Daddy's horses! We had the best time!! The weather was perfect and the boys were great! Braydon has so much fun playing cowboy...He would tell the horse "whoa" and "yee haw." I love watching him run around in his little cowboy boots! I can't wait to see both boys running around in their cowboy boots!

Great day!!

Today the boys gave Rowdy (us) the best gift for Father's Day.....SLEEP! We had a late night out celebrating Rhett's bday and the boys ALL slept in until 9:40am!!! Well, Brooks gave me a little wake up call at about 6:30am, but went right back down after he had a little morning feed. The boys and I made Rowdy breakfast, we went to church, and then we headed to my parents for a pool day!! It was a great day spent with my all the men in my life!!! Happy Father's Day to the best Dad I could ever pick for Braydon and Brooks! And to my Dad for setting the standard! I love you both SO much!

I'm not sure if it's the boy in him or if little ones are just super resilient. Braydon has been fighting a fever all weekend, but he still manages to run around the house like a wild child. Should I have been surprised when I asked him if he wanted to help me water the flowers out front and minutes later he was running around in the park sprinklers?? The mom in me wanted to snuggle him up and take him inside, but how sick does he really look? (and his Daddy talked me in to letting him "be a boy")

3 months!

Time is flying by with this sweet baby boy! I can't believe he is already 3 months! He is such a good baby. He loves to talk and started laughing last month. Brooks is such a joyful addition to our family. We are having so much fun as a family of 4!!! Love you sweet Brooksie!!! (I never imagined I would call you that when we decided to name you Brooks....sorry)
